Cancellation policy

By purchasing a subscription from Stoked Progressive Smoke Shop & Glass Gallery, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency selected during checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date through your customer subscription portal or by contacting us. Cancellation requests received after a renewal has been processed will apply to future renewals only and will not cancel or refund the current order.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Eligible returns are subject to our standard Return Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. If there are changes to subscription pricing, you will be be notified before your next renewal.
